1000 - completion Golf Tournament

Shotgun start and we're sharing the course with '72. Please arrive by 0930 for the 1000 start.

1800 - 2100 Cocktail Reception at Thayer Hotel

Have you ever been walking through an airport, sitting on a metro, working a business conference, standing on a range and thought to yourself “Doesn’t that person looks familiar?” What about reminiscing about a war story years ago to hear something you completely forgot? Now multiply that by several hundred opportunities and that is our Class reunion’s Cocktail Party.

Are you ready to share Old Corps stories, talk about how the "Corps has"--for the better, and reminisce about ICOTs, two-mile APFT runs in combat boots next to the sewage treatment plant and steel toed shoes entering the hallway for SAMI? Then please join us and special guest, MG Peter J. Boylan '61, on Thurs evening 28 Sept at the Thayer Hotel with its magnificent view of the Hudson, our Rockbound Highland home, for food and drinks. Hear the Comm, and let our partners and all of us enjoy what is and will always be a very influential leader and parts of our lives.

0900 - 1100 Breakfast Tailgate

Parade End - 1530 Lunch Tailgate

Where: Go Big or Go Home is a good framework for planning tailgates. We too our $500.00 site reservation budget and secured a $1,000,000.00 view! Our 30h anniversary tailgate will be on Trophy Point! Yes, that Trophy Point – the one that overlooks the Hudson River. We’re taking a big tent and setting up shop right in front of the band shell…Boom!

What: The first half of this can’t miss event will include a light breakfast, mimosas and of course – Bloody Mary’s. Consider this to be a “pre-game” for the Alumni Review. For our Post-Parade festivities we will return to the Bier Garden (Tent) for Oktoberfest! This will include Brats, Pretzels, Potato salad, etc. and Beer and Wine, music and our infamous class line dances (if you’ve been to Army-Navy you’ll agree it’s a site to see) led by Ila Tatum.

Details (Pay attention to these):

  • THESE ARE TWO SEPARATE EVENTS
  • Breakfast cost $25.00 per person and will be from 0900 to 1130
  • Oktoberfest Lunch cost $45.00 per person and will run from Post parade to kick off.
  • You will get color coded wrist bands for each event.
  • If you wear your flashy blazer we will buy you a beer.
